Refund Policy



We are committed to process all refunds within 24 hours.
iPaySay Multiservices gives refund if payment is Unsuccessful, and payment is credited to iPaySay Balance but user is not able to get recharge.

How to customer request a refund?

  • Mail us at care@ipaysay.in and mention clearly your current iPaySay balance and what problem you are facing with recharge.
  • Please note that banks take 1-2 working days to process the refunds.

I made a payment, but my mobile did not get recharged. What to do?

If you made payment but your mobile did not get recharge then Mail us at care@ipaysay.in and mention your Name, Registered mobile number, Registered E-mail id and your Recharge information like your recharge number, your oprator details and amount how much you paid for that. All such requests will be processed within 24 hours and payment will be added to iPaySay balance.
